Due to the personal and sanitary nature of lip care products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
Once reviewed, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. In approved cases, customers are not required to return the product.

Saint Apiary is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect address information provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before placing your order.
Melted Product Disclaimer
Our lip balms are made with fully natural ingredients. Exposure to warm temperatures during transit may cause the product to soften or melt slightly. This does not affect quality and is not considered a defect — simply place the tin in a cool area or refrigerator to reset.
