All orders are carefully packed and shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase.

Because Saint Apiary is a small-batch business, each order is fulfilled by hand to ensure quality and care.

🇨🇦 Estimated Delivery Times (Canada)

Once shipped, typical delivery times are:

Atlantic Canada: 2–5 business days
Quebec & Ontario: 3–6 business days
Prairies & British Columbia: 4–8 business days
Remote or rural areas: may take slightly longer

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping periods.

🔍 Tracking

Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped, when available through the carrier.

🌡️ Warm Weather Notice

Our lip balms are made with 100% natural ingredients, including coconut oil and beeswax. During warmer months, balms may soften or melt slightly during transit. This does not affect quality — simply place the tin in a cool area or refrigerator to reset.

📬 Shipping Delays

While we ship orders promptly, delivery timelines are dependent on the carrier. Saint Apiary is not responsible for delays caused by weather, holidays, or carrier disruptions.
